Instructions for setting up Dribl
Dribl is the app platform used by Auburn FC and the Granville and Districts Soccer Football Association (GDSFA) for match scheduling. In this app you can see all the upcoming matches for your teams, including times and locations.
This is a guide for parents, families and the community on how to download, setup and use the Dribl app to follow Auburn FC’s teams. There are 3 simple steps to setup Dribl for the first time to start using the app to follow your teams schedule.
Step 1 - Download the Dribl app
You can download the Dribl app from the Apple AppStore and Google Play Store.
Step 2 - Login, sign up, or continue as a guest
You have the option to login if you have an account, or sign up if you don’t have an account.
Alternatively you can continue as a guest (no sign up required).
To sign up and create an account, click on the “Sign up” button and fill in the details. Use the same email address used during registration to Auburn FC at playfootball.com.au.
If you already have an account and want to log in, click on the “I have an account” button and sign in.
Or click on “Continue as Guest” to use the app without registering with an account.
Step 3 - Select your teams
Once you have successfully accessed the app (either logged in with an account or as a guest), you need to select the teams you wish to follow.
- On the first screen, select the “Granville and Districts Soccer Football Association”.
- Then select “Auburn FC”. This will show you a full list of all the Auburn FC teams.
- Click Follow on the teams you want to see and follow in the app.
- Once you have selected the team(s), click on Finish to close the team and league selection.
Using the Dribl app
Match Centre
The match centre displays the upcoming games for the teams and leagues you follow.
In case you don’t see any upcoming matches when you first load the app, there will be a link titled “Go to next scheduled match” which will show the next matches for your teams.
Following Teams
Click on the “Following” menu item, then the “Teams” tab to see the teams which you are following. You can add more teams to follow by selecting the ‘+’ icon from the top right.
When adding new teams to follow, first select “Granville and Districts Soccer Football Association“, then “Auburn FC” to see the Auburn FC teams.
Following Leagues
Click on the “Following” menu item to see the “Leagues” tab to see the leagues you are following. This gives you the option to follow the competition and league your team is playing in, and see the upcoming matches for all teams within that league. You can add more leagues to follow by selecting the ‘+’ icon from the top right.
When adding new league to follow, first select “Granville and Districts Soccer Football Association“, then “GDSFA” to see all the leagues within GDSFA. If unsure which league your team is in, go back to the teams screen and check the name of your team. For example, “06 Possums Mixed” and “09 Wombats Mixed” are the two leagues from the screenshot example above showing the teams.
All done!
You can now see the full schedule for the teams and leagues you wish to follow.
